Ticketing will begin in early 2025, and we will soon share more information about prices, availability, and the process for purchasing tickets. Ticketing categories

To participate in this event, you must register by purchasing a ticket. You can do this by selecting one of the four categories. Different fees apply to each category, so make sure to select the correct category.

Attention

All ticket prizes contain 0% VAT.
Early bird tickets are available until 25 April 2025
Regular tickets are available until 28 June 2025.
If you want to join the ESAO festival dinner, please register before 20 June 2025.
Cancellation fee: until 20 June 2025 = 100% cashback; from 21 June 2025 = 0% cashback.
At the entrance, we may ask you to confirm/verify your (y)ESAO membership.
At the entrance, we may ask to confirm/verify you are a PhD student.
